Patrick Hughes

Patrick Hughes started Inclusion Solutions based on the simple idea that all people deserve equal access. Patrick found the purpose of Inclusion Solutions by talking to business owners and election officials. He asked them how he could help find practical and affordable solutions that ensured compliance with the ADA? In these conversations he learned that most were willing to make changes that provided accessibility and inclusion for all, but were stymied, unable to find solutions within their economic means. This became his challenge - and this challenge became the start of a company. Continuing his conversation with people with disabilities, Patrick engaged the community in developing Inclusion Solutions' first product, the BigBell. Inclusion Solutions was founded to provide such products: respecting the practical needs of election officials and businesses and expanding their services to voters and customers with disabilities. Patrick had previously founded the non-profit "Natural Ties" and served as its Executive Director. He is currently active as a board member of RESULTS, and has served on the board of Equip for Equality, an organization dedicated to advancing civil rights of children and adults with disabilities in Illinois.
