Aly Mikos

Aly is the Accessibility and ADA Coordinator for the City of Las Vegas, where she coordinates the accessibility efforts, and works with staff at all levels, to maintain and improve compliance with the ADA agency-wide. In 2015, Aly prepared and coordinated the city’s Title II Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan Update, and continues to facilitate its implementation to increase accessibility in the city’s parks, facilities, digital presence and pedestrian areas. Additionally, she provides customer service and assistance to residents with disabilities of, and visitors with disabilities to, the city, and functions as a liaison between the disabled community and city government by working to connect residents and visitors with disabilities with the services and programs they need. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and has been employed with the City of Las Vegas since 2002.
