Getting Your Message Out: Messaging, Delivery & Metrics
In order for people to take advantage of the services you offer, it is critical to align your social media and outreach goals and strategies. This session will assist will walk through the steps necessary to identify your audience, formulate messaging, identify the problems that your organization can help solve. It will discuss the pros and cons of the available platforms and provide strategies to get you thinking about how best to deliver your message. Finally, we will look at strategies to measure campaign effectiveness. Cornell University Communications Specialist, Mary Catt, will partner with the Northeast ADA Center to share valuable tips on how to refine social media marketing and outreach campaigns, including strategy, integration and analytics.
