National ADA Symposium Registration Information-

Registration Fees/Deadlines

The registration fee is $400 prior to April 15th. Registrations received after April 15th will be $475.00

There is an additional fee of $50.00 to attend pre-conference.

Payment may be made by check, purchase order or credit card. Credit card payments may be made on-line. If you wish to register on-line and pay by check or money order, please indicate so on the the form and you will receive an invoice.

Cancellations/Substitutions

Cancellations received after April 28th will not receive a refund. Substitutions may be made at any time, but we ask that you contact us to provide the name and contact information for the substitute.

Registering for your break-out sessions

Before registering, we recommend you review the session schedule and course descriptions to choose your first and second session preferences. Unless notified otherwise, you will be placed in your first session choice.

On-Line Registration

Once you have decided which sessions you want to attend, proceed to the on-line registration form. After submitting your form, you will receive immediate screen confirmation of your registration as well as a confirmation e-mail. Should you have any difficulties with the on-line regisration form, call 1-573-882-3600 or e-mail ada@missouri.edu.

Registration by Mail or FAX

A printer-friendly registration packet is also available, if you wish to mail or fax your registration.

If you would like a registration packet mailed to you, please call 1-800-949-4232 or e-mail ada@missouri.edu. Large print copies are also available upon request.

Hotel Accommodations

Note: The room block at the Renaissance Grand Hotel is sold out.

A block of rooms is now available at the Holiday Inn Select. located at 811 N. 9th Street in downtown St. Louis. To reserve a room at the Holiday Inn Select, call 314-421-4000 and ask to reserve a room under the ADA Symposium block. If you need an accessible room, be sure to notify the hotel when you reserve your room.

The America's Center

The 2008 National ADA Symposium will be held at the America's Center, located in the heart of downtown St. Louis and directly across the street from the Renaissance Grand Hotel. The main entrance to the convention complex is on Washington Avenue at Eighth Street. Entries also are available at Seventh Street and Convention Plaza and at the Edward Jones Dome at America's Center at Broadway and Convention Plaza and Broadway and Cole.

Parking is available in garage and surface lots throughout downtown St. Louis. The closest parking facilities to America's Center are the garage and lot located on Seventh Street between Washington Avenue and Convention Plaza.
