  • How do I know if my business or community is in compliance with the new building standards? Does “safe harbor” apply to my situation?

  • What are the self-evaluation, transition plan, and other requirements of my government under the revised Title II regulations?

  • How do I determine whether or not an employee is a person with a disability under the new definition set forth in the ADAAA?

  • How can I adapt my policies to reflect updated regulations that impact service animals, wheelchairs and other mobility devices, and effective communication?

  • Don’t fall behind! Register today for the National ADA Symposium and take advantage of the opportunity to tailor your training experience. Multiple tracks of educational sessions are offered to help you deal with the specific challenges posed to your entity by these updated standards and regulations.  The Symposium’s combination of quality and affordability adds up to the best value available for ADA training in the country!
